What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address with a role label, the part of the site you joined from, and a note that the signup came from this site. If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, topic, and message. Our host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a limited time, and the forms hold your IP address in memory for about ten minutes, and the address you entered for about a day, to stop abuse. Confirmation emails come from contact@mail.crushrewards.app, the sending domain we share with Crush Rewards.

Why

We use the waitlist email to tell you when access opens. We use a contact message to reply. We use analytics to see which pages are used. We do not sell these addresses or messages.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell one visit from the next. They last up to two years. The site also stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; the site still works without them.

Who handles them

The site is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages, keeps the server logs, and runs a bot check (Vercel BotID) on the waitlist and contact forms. Email is sent and stored through Resend, on the address hi@syntalic.com. Analytics is Google Analytics. Those companies process the data to provide that service.

How long

We keep a waitlist email until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to run the preview. We keep a contact message long enough to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Email hi@syntalic.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, or to delete it. This policy does not cover the Crush Rewards consumer app.
