The company

Crush Rewards, Inc., 169 Madison Ave, STE 38022, New York, NY 10016. These terms are not the terms of the Crush Rewards consumer app.

The preview

The dashboard is a waitlist. The API and MCP are available as described on the developers page and in the docs. We can limit or withdraw access while the product is in preview.

What you do with it

You decide what to send, publish, or buy. A call that costs money settles as described on the developers page. You are responsible for messages you approve and for orders you commit with a connected provider.

The data and the answers

Syntalic data comes from public e-commerce listings, social posts, and outside providers. It can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and coverage varies by category and retailer. Synthia's answers are generated by AI from that data and can be wrong too. They are information, not financial, legal, or business advice. Check anything you rely on before you act on it.

No warranty

The site, Synthia, the API, the MCP server, and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crush Rewards, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site, Synthia, the API, or the data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and US$100.

Paid calls

Paid API and MCP calls are paid per request in USDC, through x402 or MPP, at the price shown on the tools page when the call is made. A payment settles on-chain when the call runs, and we cannot reverse it. If you paid for a call that returned an error instead of data, email us within 30 days with the transaction hash and we will review it. Otherwise payments are not refundable. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys, and what your agent spends.

Acceptable use

Do not use Syntalic to send spam or unlawful messages, to break a law or someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to resell the data as a competing data product. We can suspend access that does.

The site

The writing, marks, and layout on this site belong to Crush Rewards, Inc.. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site and present it as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date above is the version on the site.
